All aspects of Velox AI, including our website, logo, AI models, algorithms, and technology, remain our exclusive proprietary property and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. AI-generated outputs may be used by you in accordance with your subscription plan, but our underlying models and technology remain our property at all times.
Subscription and Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All prices are subject to change with at least 30 days advance notice to subscribers. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle, and all fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may offer free trials for limited periods, which may require credit card information and will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period with no further charges.
Service Availability and Modifications
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. AI Content Disclaimer
AI-generated content is created by machine learning models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or inappropriate content despite our best efforts to ensure quality. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating any AI-generated content before using it for any purpose. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of AI responses or outputs. You use AI-generated content entirely at your own risk and discretion, and we are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use or reliance on such content.
Data Usage and Privacy
We collect, use, and protect your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our service, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy. We may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from your use of the service to improve our AI models, develop new features, and enhance overall service quality. Termination
